Sample Language For Your Will or Trust
When updating your estate plans, we suggest working with your attorney to include the following language:
“I give, devise, and bequeath (specific gift, i.e.: dollar amount, percentage of estate, or rest and residue of estate) to the Kidney Cancer Association, Tax ID: 36-3719712, for the use and benefit of kidney cancer research.”
Preferred beneficiary designation for life insurance policies, IRAs, financial accounts:
“To the Kidney Cancer Association, a nonprofit corporation established in Chicago, IL”
